We all know that sage support can be expensive, and most of the time you feel like you're paying hundreds of pounds for something you might only use once a year. So, what if you could have the reasurance of a support organisation, for a low yearly membership fee, and then you simply pay as and when you use the service.

Thats what we've set up. If you don't need any support in the year, all it costs is the £50 plus VAT membership fee for the year. Then if you do need the support you can call an 0900 number, charged at £1.50 per minute. This way, the people who need the support most pay the most. To us it seems like a simple idea. Why pay for something you don't use, but at least have the safety net there if you need it.
